1. Acceptance
By using TransferMetrics, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of estimates
All NIL estimates and landing-tier projections are for informational purposes only. They are not guarantees, offers, inducements, or promises of any particular NIL outcome or landing spot. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or career advice. TransferMetrics makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of any estimate, and reserves the right to change its model at any time.
3. Eligibility
This service is designed for NCAA, NAIA, and JUCO athletes, and for anyone who purchases an individual estimate (including parents and recruits). Licensed sports agents use a separate subscription. By submitting data you represent that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it.
4. Verification
School-email or roster verification is required for free access to full results and the athlete profile dashboard. Providing false verification information — including fake school emails, altered roster documents, or ID uploads — may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any paid access, and referral to your institution.
5. Agent marketplace
Agents on TransferMetrics are independently licensed third parties. Their listing on the site does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by TransferMetrics. Do your own due diligence before signing with any agent. TransferMetrics is not a party to any representation agreement between an agent and an athlete and receives no percentage of any NIL contract. Agent subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; billing after cancellation follows Stripe's standard rules.
6. NIL offers you log
The NIL offer benchmarking feature is provided as a directional signal against our modelled market. It is not legal or contractual advice. Consult your school compliance office and your own counsel before accepting or negotiating any NIL offer.
7. Payments & refunds
Paid estimates are $29.99 per person search. Each new search is a separate purchase and is non-refundable except as required by law. Verified athletes (school email or roster ID) receive full results at no charge. Agent subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; you retain access through the end of the paid period. Prices are displayed before purchase.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) fabricate athlete identity or stats to obtain free verified access; (b) reverse engineer the model or scrape the site; (c) resell TransferMetrics reports or data; (d) impersonate an agent, coach, or institution; (e) attempt to circumvent payment or verification. Violations may result in suspension and revocation of paid access.
9. Intellectual property
The TransferMetrics model, aggregated data, dashboards, and site content are the property of TransferMetrics. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant TransferMetrics a non-exclusive license to process it as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransferMetrics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decision made about the transfer portal, NIL offers, or agent representation. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid TransferMetrics in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time and will note the last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
