What is NIL and how does it work?
NIL stands for Name, Image, and Likeness. Since July 2021, college athletes can earn money from endorsements, social media, autographs, appearances, and collective deals. TransferMetrics estimates the open-market value of an athlete's NIL based on their position, division, production, and profile.
